Full Presentation & Exhibition Package:

A Full Presentation and Exhibition Package includes 2 nights at the Crowne Plaza Sun Palace hotel September 22 & 23 as well as all meals from Tuesday lunch through Thursday lunch. You will have entry into all conference activities. You will also be listed in the conference database, and will receive a copy of the database.

Additionally you will have a timeslot on the technical program. Presentations are 30 minutes. Availability for presentations is limited to registrants on a first-come first-served basis. Translation into Chinese will be available. A full copy of your presentation must be submitted by September 1.

In addition you will have a tabletop in our Exhibition Hall. Tabletops are 1 x 2 meters and exhibitors can display samples, parts, brochures, and giveaways. Complimentary refreshments are set up in the Exhibition Hall to create a relaxed social networking atmosphere.
